Olympic Weightlifting

Man Made offers two hands-on weightlifting classes per week which focus on improving your snatch and clean and jerk. We work technique, utilize complexes and pull variations to build strength and proper positioning as well as use on-the-clock singles to prepare for competitive lifting.
