Strength
1) EMOM for 7 minutes
Touch N Go Squat Cleans x 5 reps (start at 50% and add 10 lbs each minute until 5 reps are no longer possible then drop 10-20 lbs)  
2) Three sets of:
Push Press x 6 reps (65-70-75%)
rest 30-60 seconds
Two sets of Snatch Grip DL x 2 reps (build up to a heavy double)
rest 60 seconds
WOD
EMOM for 8 minutes
Odd: 7 DL (65% of 1RM)
Even: 60 Double Unders
