How to Join

Step 1: New to CrossFit
Sign up here to set up a free trial class or “no sweat introductory”. The trial class will be a one-hour group session with a coach modified or scaled as much as needed. This is a great opportunity to see our facility, meet some of our community and get a feel for our program. A “no sweat introductory” is great for someone who is very new to exercise. This will be a 20min private consultation to see our facility, meet with a coach, get a free assessment and a program recommendation according to your fitness level and goals.
Step 2: Experienced CrossFitter
Experienced CrossFitter? If you have trained at a registered CrossFit facility previously and looking to join Man Made CF sign up below to get started with a free class!
Step 3: Select a Class
After your free trial class or no sweat introductory you have decided Man Made CF is right for you select one of our monthly memberships. One of our coaches will help you decide what is best for you based on your goals and current fitness level.
