1v1 Personal Training

Personal training sessions are available to schedule with any of our CrossFit coaches. These sessions are available at a discounted hourly rate to our members. (Rates may vary, please contact for more info on pricing). Sessions range from 30min-60min.

Training clients will receive customized personal programming geared towards their specific goals. They will work one on one with a coach during the scheduled time. Before beginning one on one sessions you will meet with a coach for a free 20min consultation to discuss your goals.

*We offer one on one Olympic weightlifting sessions!
