1) Triple Bounce Back Squat: Build up to a 2RM
2) Back Squat: Every 90 sec perform 2 reps at 80% for 6 min
Every 90 sec perform 4 reps at 70% for 6 min
Every 60 sec perform 6 reps at 60% for 3 min
Midline:
1a) 5x ME L-Sit Hold
1b) 5x 20-30 Weighted Toe Touches, every 10th rep hold at top for 8 sec
Conditioning: Partner WOD
One person works at a time, must do 10 OR 20 reps each turn
